The following instructions describe how to creating
a new mail account with WB-Dial. The instructions are based on OS9, however
the same process applies to OSX users. If you are using Microsoft Outlook
Express 4, you will find that the instructions have similar terms.

Launch
Microsoft Outlook Express 5.
|
Select
'Tools' from the menu at the top and click on 'Accounts'.

Once
the 'Accounts' box opens, select the 'Mail'
tab and then 'New'.

Select
the second option 'I have an existing Internet account', and
click 'next'.
|
Select
'POP3' from the drop down menu and click 'Assist
me'.
|
Type
in your name such as 'John Smith' and click the next
arrow at the bottom of the window.

Type
in your e-mail address (johnsmith@wbdial.co.uk), which you chose when
you signed up to WB-Dial and click the next arrow. If you have forgotton
your password, please refer to your WB-Dial welcome e-mail, or alternativly
contact WB-Dial.

Select
'POP' as the 'incoming mail server type' and type
in 'mail.wbdial.co.uk' for the 'Incoming'
and 'Outgoing' dialouge boxs and click the next arrow.

On
this screen, type in your 'Account Name' (i.e. xxx000000).
Type in your 'Password'
(i.e. verify) and click the next arrow. If you have forgotton your username and/or
password, please refer to your WB-Dial welcome e-mail, or alternativly contact
WB-Dial

Next,
type a name for your new 'Account name', such as
WB-Dial and click the 'Finish' button.

Your
Apple Macintosh is now setup to use your new WB-Dial e-mail account
using Microsoft Outlook Express 5.
